Fees

What each path charges, where every share goes, and which limits are compiled into the contracts.

One rule on both paths: pull, never push

Nothing is pushed during a trade. Every share of a fee is credited to an on-chain ledger and claimed by its owner. Fee terms are frozen per launch when it is created; a later change reaches only launches created afterwards.

RTP Curve Launch

Every trade pays a basis-point fee. On the curve the fee and its split are snapshotted from the launch tier; in the pool the fee hook charges one fee fixed for the deployment and books it to the same split. Each tier's fee split is readable on-chain.

ItemRule enforced by contract
Trade fee on the curveSet per tier, more than 0 and at most 5%; 1% on every testnet tier.
Fee in the poolOne value for the deployment, at most 1%; 1% on testnet.
SplitThe protocol share, the platform share and the referral share are set per tier and add up to at most 100%; the creator takes the rest. Each launch keeps the split of its tier at launch.
Missing recipientsWith no platform payee, or no valid referrer, that share goes to the protocol treasury.
Launch feePaid at launch to the treasury, at most 1 ETH.
Opening-buy taxBooked to the protocol treasury only; not shared with the creator, the platform or a referrer.
Buy-and-burn reserveAfter migration, 5% of every fee on testnet, taken from the protocol's own share, accrues to the launch's buyback reserve.

RTP Fixed-Price Launch

After opening, every swap in a fixed-price pool pays a 1% pool fee through FundHook, split in basis points of 10,000.

ShareRTP.fun termsRule enforced by contract
Protocol1,000 bps (10%)Fixed in code, taken before any other share and rounded up. No setting can lower, raise or redirect it.
Platform2,000 bps (20%)Set by each platform in its own registration, capped at 2,000 bps; frozen per launch at creation.
Referrals, combined1,500 bps (15%)Capped at 2,000 bps. Split between a per-trade referrer (500 bps on RTP.fun) and the launch's list (1,000 bps).
CreatorThe remainder (55%)Never below 5,000 bps, whatever the other settings; takes the rounding dust as well.

Per-trade and list referrals

A swap may name a referrer; the per-trade share stays available after trading opens. The list referral pool is credited on every swap and shared among up to five referrers, wallets or social identities, named at creation in fixed parts. The list cannot change; a social identity's part waits until the identity is bound to a wallet.

If a swap names no valid per-trade referrer, that share joins the list pool; if the launch has no list, it goes to the creator's payee. Rounding never leaves a share unassigned.

Other fees

FeeRule enforced by contract
Success feeA share of the raise booked to the protocol treasury at settlement: 1% in this deployment, at most 3%; a change applies only to launches created at least 48 hours later.
Creation feeSet by a platform, at most 0.1 ETH; paid at creation and not refunded.
FundZap feeSet by a platform on contributions made through FundZap, at most 1%.
Opening taxFrom 50% falling linearly to zero over 600 seconds after opening; to the protocol treasury in full.
Graduation feeNone: FundGraduator takes nothing from the liquidity portion.

Referral integrity

On Curve Launch a referrer equal to the trader, the recipient, the launcher or the creator key is treated as no referrer. In pool trades the hook only sees the router, so the trader is taken to be the transaction's origin.

One party, several roles. On-chain rules cannot tell two addresses of one person apart. The same party can be creator, platform and referrer; on Fixed-Price Launch the protocol's share holds whatever the other settings. Self-trading economics are disclosed rather than prevented.
