Set the raise, within bounds
Supply, caps, timing, liquidity portion and opening premium, each checked against hard bounds at creation. The contract derives the price.
A structured raise on Uniswap v4: one price for everyone, locked liquidity and a full refund on failure.
The figures are the whitepaper's own example, within the compiled bounds.

Supply, caps, timing, liquidity portion and opening premium, each checked against hard bounds at creation. The contract derives the price.
02 / 10
Up to six batches, for example the team, invited KOLs, sponsors, a community draw, a community tier and the public, each with its own list and caps.
03 / 10
Participants, locked liquidity, the vested team batch and an optional airdrop reserve, allocated by formula in one transaction at settlement.
04 / 10
Up to five referrers, KOLs for example, receive fixed parts of every pool fee. Separately, an optional airdrop reserve pays a fixed list on a vesting schedule. Neither list can change.
05 / 10
Whatever the batch, everyone pays the same price, and unused room in a batch passes to the batches after it.
06 / 10
Contributions are counted in ETH. Another token is swapped to ETH before it is contributed.
07 / 10
If non-team contributions miss the soft cap, or no one settles within 72 hours, every contributor withdraws the full amount, with no approval needed.
08 / 10
Anyone can settle. One transaction deploys the token, creates and seeds the pool, burns the unsold supply, books the 1% success fee and registers vesting.
09 / 10
The market stays closed for 300 seconds, then a buy tax falls from 50% to zero over 600 seconds, on every router.
10 / 10
The creator's ETH vests linearly from market opening. Their share of the 1% pool fee is frozen at creation and never below half.
The creator sets the values within these bounds, and they are fixed when the launch is created.
Pause the creation of new fixed-price launches. After a 48-hour delay, and for later launches only: change the success fee (at most 3%) and the team limit (at most 25%). Enable yield-venue adapters after a 48-hour delay, each with a fixed capacity; disable one at once, which stops new deposits only. Propose a new referral attestor (7 days) or revoke it at once. Cancel an identity binding during its 72-hour public notice, as the treasury can.
Set its own fee terms and payee within the compiled caps: up to 20% of the pool fee as its share and 20% as referral budget, a creation fee up to 0.1 ETH, a FundZap fee up to 1%. Changes reach later launches only; the payee can move at any time.
Pause trading, contributions, refunds, claims or settlement; move funds credited to others; touch a pool; change an existing launch; change the treasury; upgrade a contract.
